How to see your Doctor
Upon contacting the Surgery, our Patient Support Team will signpost you to the next available appointment with the most appropriate clinician in the Surgery- this may not always be a GP. If you wish to see a specific clinician, there may be a longer wait for an appointment.
- All the routine bookable appointments at the Surgery can be booked online or by speaking to a member of the Team
- By Appointment at the Surgery:

Urgent Appointments
If you consider your condition to be a medical emergency, please inform the Patient Service Team and they will sign post you to the correct service or clinician. Please keep in mind this may not be at the Surgery. Our Urgent appointments are given based on the triaging of the patient service team and are not for emergencies.

By Telephone
It may be possible to speak to the doctor on the phone depending on if its appropriate for an over the phone consultation. The doctor will try to call you twice and if you do not answer this will go down as a did not attend and you will need to rebook for an alternative day, based on availability.
